About The Curator

I'm Dawn, the face behind Feather Your Nest. Born in Brooklyn,NY. I love the energy of New York City and I dream of having a little nest there one day.  I spend a great deal of time on the West Coast, where much of my family lives, and I love LA just as much. Both cities make me feel alive.

I love meeting people along my adventures and hearing the stories they have to tell. At home, I’ve created a space that feels entirely like me. My greatest compliment is when guests settle in and don’t want to leave. I love hosting, especially at Christmas. On quieter days, you’ll find me with a good book, my Frenchies, and my majestic feline, Leonardo DiCatrio.

My family and friends mean everything to me. They’re my anchors and the people whose loyalty I can always count on. Give me a memorable meal, a glass of rosé, and a long conversation with my favorite people, and I’m happy. Just don’t expect me to lose gracefully on game night.
